Content Writer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Writer with experience or interest in the legal

domain to assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, updating information, and

supporting the claims process. The role involves preparing well-structured legal drafts,

maintaining high-quality content, adhering to client requirements, and ensuring

consistency across all deliverables.

Shift timing: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Education: Any graduate degree except Mass Media or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review legal documents to identify relevant information and update content accordingly.

2. Assist in drafting legal documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to client instructions.

3. Maintain quality and consistency in drafts, including formatting, style, tone, fonts, and images.

4. Generate and process claims related to Discovery, Judgments, Calendaring, Motions, etc.

5. Classify images and relevant materials accurately to support legal documentation.

6. Maintain turnaround time and meet individual productivity and quality goals.

7. Identify client needs and customize content to meet those requirements effectively.

8. Participate in training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and writing skills.

9. Adapt to procedural changes and updates in the legal documentation process.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience or interest in legal or corporate content writing.

2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

3. Ability to understand complex legal information and translate it into clear, concise content.

4. Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting is an advantage.

5. Good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and support team members.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in procedures and content requirements.
