Marketing content writers create and update following documents, which may include the following:

User guides
Video tutorial scripts
Business process documents
Release notes
Marketing copy
Newsletter articles
Social media posts
Blogs
Articles
Websites and Marketing materials
Landing pages

Responsibilities:

Researching available product information.
Coordinating with technical experts and other employees in collaborative projects.
Verifying collected information by conducting independent tests on the software.
Ensuring that a documents content is accurate and understandable to a worldwide audience.
Submitting a draft to an editor.
Email Marketing
Drip campaigns
Recording a project’s progress in a task management tool.
A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
Some experience with online marketing and lead generation.
Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
Researching and organizing facts and sources.
Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers.
Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.).
Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.
