Job Responsibilities:

A Social Media Content Writer evangelises about Exicom brand within and outside of the company. While the internal stakeholders for this would be people from different functions, the external stakeholders would be the customer and industry bodies who engage and consume content through Exicoms social media handles.

The goal is to ensure that a companys brand and online voice is effective and consistent with its marketing goals.

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional writing skills with a flair for words. In addition to that, you must also have prior experience of social media marketing or social media advertising.

• Self-driven individual with an appetite to source various company stories from all the functions
• Execute compelling initiatives to increase employee participation and drive ownership
• Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including long and short form content for blogs and social media posts
• Network with internal teams across the company to fish out business related developments such as product releases, stories of passions, success, customer wins, open roles, CSR etc.
• Update social media pages with the latest company news, track user engagement and respond to its followers on time

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role
• Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with online paid advertising
• Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image, and video)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
