Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Writer cum Account Manager at Decode Mediacom, Ahmedabad only. A versatile professional who can create engaging content while also managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, well-researched, and original content across blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored content strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and project delivery.
• Coordinate with the design and creative teams to ensure alignment between content and visuals.
• Track content performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and value

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in content writing and/or account management.
• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects with tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
