You should have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, automation, and IT buyer psychology to create impactful content. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write high-quality content for various platforms such as websites, case studies, landing pages, product pages, email sequences, and social channels. - Develop conversion-focused assets like success stories, whitepapers, feature pages, and industry-specific use cases. - Tailor messaging according to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) focusing on pain points and ROI. - Simplify technical topics like AI agents, integrations, or workflow automation into understandable business value. - Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to maintain message clarity and brand consistency. - Implement SEO strategies, keyword intent, and on-page optimization to support pipeline goals. - Continuously analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion impact) and adjust content accordingly. - Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS, AI, and IT services to ensure messaging remains current and competitive. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3+ years of experience in content writing for B2B SaaS or IT/Software companies. - Proficient in English with a proven track record of creating converting content. - Clear understanding of SEO content strategy and keyword intent. - Experience in writing case studies, product marketing assets, and email campaigns. - Familiarity with CRM, cloud technology, automation, or AI solutions is advantageous. - Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SurferSEO, Grammarly, or CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow). - Portfolio showcasing published B2B SaaS or IT content is mandatory. - Ability to present at least two case studies or product-focused samples demonstrating the communication of business outcomes. - Comfortable with conducting client/stakeholder interviews to extract stories and proof points (Optional).
