Role Summary

account-based email & LinkedIn sequences, AI-assisted SEO blogs, performance ad copy, and sales-enablement pieces

What You’ll Do

• ABM Sequences (mandatory):

  Write multi-touch email + LinkedIn cadences by ICP/vertical (manufacturing, retail, healthcare, IT/ITeS), with strong hooks, value props, and soft CTAs.

• AI-SEO Blogs (mandatory):

  Plan pillar/cluster topics, outlines, and drafts using AI tools responsibly; optimize for search intent, E-E-A-T, and internal linking; ship skimmable, credible posts.

• Ad Copy (mandatory):

  High-conversion copy for LinkedIn/Google/Meta—multiple variants, tight character limits, and strong landing-page alignment.

• Sales-Enablement:

  One-pagers, case studies, landing pages, webinar mails, event follow-ups, nurture tracks.

• Research & Positioning:

  Tear down competitor pages, talk tracks, and pricing claims; mine VOC from calls/tickets; maintain a living

  fit/gap & proof-point

  library.

• Brand & Compliance:

  Keep tone consistent; fact-check claims; align with legal/comms guidelines.

• Ops & Collaboration:

  Work with Growth/SDR/AE/CS to prioritize calendars, A/B tests, and asset refreshes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven portfolio

  of ABM email/LinkedIn sequences, AI-SEO blogs, and ad copy (share links/files).
• Strong research chops: SERP/keyword intent, competitor analysis, and customer insight synthesis.
• Ability to write for

  multiple personas

  (CHRO, Payroll Head, CIO/IT) and stages (cold, consideration, late-stage proof).
• Tools familiarity:

  HubSpot/Outreach/Apollo

  Ahrefs/SEMrush

  Google Search Console

  Docs/Slides

Nice to Have

• HR-tech/HCM/payroll domain exposure (WFM, attendance, payroll accuracy, compliance).

• Experience localizing content for India/SEA/GCC (tone, terminology, compliance sensibilities).
