Content & Training Associate

Job Summary: The Content & Training Associate is responsible for contributing to the design and development of content resources for target schools in various parts of Kolkata and beyond. As a member of the Content & Training team, this role would support all the team’s activities, focusing on one or more specific areas as needed.

Job Description:

1- Conceptualise and create impactful content for various programs

· Work with specific Content supervisors and develop high-quality content materials to ensure learning effectiveness and deliver on program objectives

· Follow and improve established Content Plans and Processes, systems

· Incorporate appropriate elements to enhance engagement of the intended audience in a creative manner

2- Training Support

· Support the Training Lead in developing training resources

· Deliver some training modules independently

3-Contribute to Organization Initiatives (Stretch)

· Provide operational and management support as needed

· Support organizational initiatives beyond core responsibilities (events, workshops, team-building activities, etc.).

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Education/ Development /English are preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: Relevant industry experience of 1 to 3 years preferred, but not mandatory.

Skills: Proficiency with Canva/Adobe or other content editing tools.

Mindset: Passionate about making a real impact in the education sector; aligns with our core values of compassion, innovation, and integrity.

Industry Exposure: Education sector experience would be an advantage.
