Content Syndication & Sales Executive

As a Content Syndication & Sales Executive at Mask TV, your role will involve driving revenue through the sale of original web shows and films to TV channels, Doordarshan, airlines, and inflight entertainment networks. You will play a key role in identifying licensing opportunities, pitching and negotiating content deals, managing contracts, and building long-term relationships with distribution partners. Your performance-driven approach will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach TV channels, Doordarshan, airlines, and inflight content aggregators for content licensing opportunities. - Pitch and negotiate content deals on behalf of Mask TV. - Manage contracts, delivery schedules, and coordination with internal teams. - Build long-term relationships with programming and acquisition teams across networks. - Track deal performance and report monthly sales progress. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience in content sales, syndication, or media distribution within the TV, OTT, or inflight entertainment industry. - Strong network with broadcasters, acquisition teams, or content aggregators. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proven sales mindset. In addition to a fixed retainer, as a Content Syndication & Sales Executive at Mask TV, you will receive a commission based on the net profits from confirmed and paid deals.
