We’re now looking for a dynamic Partnerships & Subscription Growth Lead who will play a key role in expanding our reach through telecom, ISP, DTH, and OTT aggregator bundles (think Jio, Airtel, OTTplay, Tata Play Binge, etc.). What You’ll Do: Build and manage strategic partnerships with telecom operators, ISPs, DTH providers, and OTT aggregators. Negotiate bundled distribution deals to bring Mask TV to millions of users. Develop and execute subscription growth strategies through partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and innovative campaigns. Work closely with internal teams to drive co-branded marketing initiatives . Own key metrics like subscriber growth, ARPU improvement, and churn reduction via bundles. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years’ experience in OTT, telecom, ISP, or digital subscription industries . Strong network and relationships with decision-makers in the ecosystem. Proven track record of closing partnerships and distribution deals .
