Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead

Mask TV is seeking a dynamic and well-connected individual to spearhead fundraising efforts for our rapidly growing digital entertainment startup and our forthcoming Mask Coin blockchain project. As the Fundraising Lead, your responsibilities will include leading Series A fundraising rounds for our OTT and tech initiatives, developing and implementing a strategic fundraising plan, presenting pitches to VCs, angels, Web3 investors, and strategic partners, as well as providing support for token-based fundraising for Mask Coin, including offering tokens to early supporters. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a proven track record of successfully raising capital for startups or Web3 projects, a robust investor network spanning both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems, a comprehensive understanding of equity and token-based fundraising models, exceptional communication and pitch skills, and ideally, experience with blockchain, crypto tokens, or NFTs.
