Content Strategist (Viral & Short-form)

We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can write, strategize, and create content that truly connects.

PickleMonk Media is a Brand Communication Agency helping founders and creators build powerful personal brands through stories that feel real and perform well.

This role is for someone who loves writing viral scripts, spotting trends, and bringing ideas to life through content production.

What You’ll Do

• Write scroll-stopping scripts for Reels and Shorts

• Build content strategies for personal branding clients

• Direct content shoots and guide creative execution

• Track what performs and refine ideas based on insights

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys both storytelling and production.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or short-form strategy

• Strong understanding of Instagram and storytelling hooks

• Fluency in English and Tamil

• Creative, proactive, and passionate about making content go viral
