Job Description

Role Overview: As a Content Strategist at Protectol Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., your primary mission is to be the storyteller behind the brand voice of Protectol. You will be responsible for turning ideas into narratives that inspire, engage, and convert consumers. Your role will involve crafting content strategies that bring FMCG and D2C products closer to consumers through impactful campaigns and data-driven creativity. If you possess a deep understanding of both the art of emotion and the science of attention, this role provides you with the perfect platform to showcase your skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and own the brands content strategy and editorial calendar across various channels including digital, social, e-commerce, PR, and influencer platforms. - Develop campaign-based storytelling frameworks that align with product launches, marketing goals, and seasonal moments. - Collaborate with design, social, and performance teams to ensure message consistency. - Conduct content audits, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies based on insights. - Conceptualize and brief creative scripts, campaign ideas, and storyboards for social and video content. - Write or oversee the creation of high-quality copy for social media, websites, blogs, packaging, and brand collaterals. - Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content pieces. - Partner with video and design teams to execute compelling creative deliverables. - Build emotionally resonant brand stories that deepen audience connection. - Create theme-based, multi-platform campaigns integrating influencer, PR, and event narratives. - Optimize content effectiveness by tracking and interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion data. - Conduct A/B tests to identify successful creative approaches and messaging. - Stay updated on content trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital formats. - Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to maximize content visibility and impact. - Support sales and trade marketing through POSM, packaging, and retail content. - Partner with influencer and event teams to ensure consistent communication across all brand touchpoints. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brands. - Strong understanding of consumer psychology, brand storytelling, and positioning. - Excellent command of English & Malayalam languages. - Proficiency in content planning tools, analytics platforms, and AI-assisted systems. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and creative timelines effectively.,
