Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Content Planning

  • Translate MHFA India’s strategy into clear and engaging content.
  • Plan content approaches including live webinars, live talks, and campaign-based communication.
  • Identify key themes, tone, and messaging for diverse audiences (corporates, NGOs, individuals).
  • Develop editorial calendars aligned with programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure message consistency across platforms.

2. MHFA Portfolio Creation

  • Build and maintain relationships with MHFA India alumni via LinkedIn.
  • Encourage alumni engagement and experience sharing to create authentic advocacy.
  • Conduct structured interviews with trainees for testimonials and impact stories.
  • Document feedback in video and written formats.
  • Convert insights into case studies, blogs, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with corporates to collect impact data and support release documents.

3. Social Media Content Creation

  • Design and implement monthly social media content calendars.
  • Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and leadership accounts.
  • Adapt content for platform-specific audiences while maintaining brand voice and inclusivity.
  • Support campaign storytelling and community engagement.

4. Creative & Multimedia Scriptwriting

  • Develop scripts for podcasts, explainer videos, animations, and short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
  • Ensure audience-friendly, engaging, and value-aligned messaging.
  • Work closely with designers and video editors to execute high-quality multimedia content.

5. Public Relations & Network Building

  • Build relationships with print, digital, and broadcast media.
  • Coordinate publicity through newspapers, radio, media interviews, and features.
  • Support visibility initiatives for MHFA India programs and impact.

6. SEO & Blog Writing

  • Write blogs, articles, and website content optimized for search engines.
  • Research relevant keywords on mental health, training, and workplace inclusion.
  • Improve organic reach, ranking, and thought-leadership presence.
  • Benchmark and replicate best practices from reputed industry blogs.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor content performance using tools such as:
  • Google Analytics
  • LinkedIn Insights
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Use data insights to refine content strategy and demonstrate impact.

8. Cross-Team Alignment & Collaboration

  • Work with SEO, marketing, design, research, and analytics teams.
  • Ensure content reflects program updates, research findings, and organizational goals.
  • Support development of:
  • proposals
  • newsletters
  • sales decks and brochures
  • guides and internal communication material

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,730.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
