We re looking for a Content Specialist who s equal parts strategist and storyteller. Someone who understands the power of long-form content to drive organic visibility and brand authority. Someone who can turn complex ideas and research into clear, confident narratives that connect.
This is a seat on the frontlines of how Bazaarvoice shows up in the market.
What you ll do
Write long-form content that fuels organic growth: blogs, thought leadership, SEO pages, and research-driven editorial.
Turn raw inputs into structured narratives. Whether it s internal research, campaign insights, or product thinking, you ll know how to make it resonate with real decision-makers.
Own content projects end to end. From brief to final delivery, you ll manage timelines, feedback, quality, and alignment.
Optimize content for performance. You ll apply SEO best practices where it counts, including keyword strategy, on-page structure, and internal linking.
Edit with precision. Whether it s your own work or someone else s, you ll bring consistency, clarity, and a strong editorial eye.
Collaborate cross-functionally. You ll work closely with campaign leads, designers, SEO, and product marketers to bring content to life across touchpoints.
Shape content calendars. You ll contribute ideas, identify gaps, and help prioritize the themes that matter most.
What you bring
5 7 years of writing and content experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or digital-first environments.
A portfolio that shows depth in long-form content and an understanding of what drives organic performance.
Strong research and synthesis skills. You re comfortable working with data, industry trends, and internal inputs to craft content that feels credible and original.
Ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality or timelines.
Working knowledge of SEO. You don t need to be a specialist, but you know what good search-optimized content looks like.
A sharp, confident writing voice with strong attention to structure, tone, and flow.
Experience with CMS platforms and SEO tools like WordPress, Contentful, SemRush, GA4, Webmaster Console or Clearscope is a plus.
