About the role

As a Content Production Intern at KSHM, you will support the team across all stages of content creation — from pre-production to on-set coordination. This role combines technical production skills with a strong aesthetic sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic lighting setups, modifiers, and adjustments during shoots.
• Support the videographer with camera operations, framing setups, and equipment checks.
• Identify, research, and document potential locations suitable for upcoming KSHM shoots.
• Manage, set up, and safely pack down all shooting equipment (cameras, lighting, tripods, stands).
• Maintain clear and organised log sheets, shot lists, equipment checklists, and shoot documentation.
• Assist with outfit prep, steaming, draping, and ensuring garments look polished for the camera.
• Support basic on-set makeup touch-ups and coordinate with makeup artists.
• Help source props, accessories, styling elements, and other shoot requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail.
• Basic understanding of production and shoot processes.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Comfort with being on set and working in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Preferably from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or similar institutes.
