We are looking to add a super talented and dynamic person to join our Music vertical and manage music operations. You will be responsible for managing business operations and working with all the music partners and associates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the music team in new alliances and maintain strong relationships with the streaming platforms like Spotify, Gaana, Apple Music, Hungama, JioSaavn, etc. - Assist in scouting and onboarding fresh talent in the Bengali music space - Collaborate with key stakeholders (creative team, operations team, etc.) to execute planned campaigns and maintain deliverables within a defined timeframe - Collate and generate reports on a regular basis and present them to all relevant stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Have previous exposure of 1-3 years in the Bengali music industry and talent space (singers, composers, music supervisors, songwriters, producers, agents, etc.) - Are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Have good excel skills and numbers excite you - Passion and knowledge of traditional and contemporary Bengali music will definitely give you an edge,
