Job Title: Content Marketing & SEO Manager (with AI Optimization)

Content Marketing & SEO Manager

You will lead our content, SEO, and AI automation strategies to boost organic visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

• Develop and execute a

  content marketing strategy

  focused on attracting entrepreneurs, investors, and global businesses interested in setting up companies in the UAE.

• Create and manage a detailed

  content calendar

  covering blogs, guides, landing pages, newsletters, and social content.

• Produce SEO-optimized and conversion-oriented content around topics like:
• Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore Company Formation
• UAE Visas & Licensing
• PRO & Corporate Services
• International Expansion & Tax Planning
• Oversee content creation by internal teams or freelancers, ensuring alignment with brand tone, accuracy, and local regulations.

• Collaborate with design and paid media teams to align content campaigns with broader marketing objectives.

b) SEO & Website Optimization

• Own the

  SEO strategy

  to enhance visibility across search engines for UAE business setup related keywords.

• Conduct regular

  SEO audits

  and implement technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.

• Manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification to grow organic reach.

• Work with developers to ensure website architecture and UX support SEO best practices.

• Monitor and improve site performance metrics such as page speed, indexation, and mobile optimization.

c) Content Distribution & Link Building

• Amplify content reach through guest posts, backlinks, social channels, and partnerships with UAE business directories or media outlets.

• Develop

  high-authority backlink campaigns

  through outreach, collaborations, and PR-driven content.

• Repurpose long-form content into videos, snippets, and infographics for better engagement across LinkedIn and other channels.

d) Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report

  organic traffic growth, keyword performance, and lead conversions

  from content-driven sources.

• Use data insights from

  Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs

  to guide future strategies.

• Present monthly SEO and content performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in

  Content Marketing, SEO, or Digital Marketing

  , preferably in a

  B2B or professional services

  environment.

• Proven experience in

  ranking for high-intent keywords

  and generating

  organic B2B leads

  .

• In-depth understanding of

  Google algorithms, keyword optimization, and link-building tactics

  .

• Proficiency with

  Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Experience using

  Drupal, Next JS or similar CMS platforms

  .

• Familiarity with

  UAE business setup processes, free zones, and compliance requirements

  is a strong advantage.
