Content Marketer (Focus on Writing)

As a content marketer at Linearloop, you will be responsible for creating impactful content and evolving into a strategic marketer. Your role will involve writing and designing engaging content, managing content calendars, and measuring content performance to drive brand trust and conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Write and edit engaging, well-researched, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and campaigns. - Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and brand initiatives. - Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to create cohesive narratives across touchpoints. - Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic search. - Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, email snippets, and short-form videos in coordination with design teams. - Track content performance using analytics tools; identify insights to improve reach and conversions. - Contribute to the brand's voice, tone, and storytelling framework. - Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing tactics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing. - Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and storytelling. - Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and basic content analytics. - Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven marketing goals. - Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Notion, or WordPress. - Strong project management and organizational skills. Bonus Skills (Good To Have): - Experience in B2B content marketing. - Basic understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). - Knowledge of content distribution and performance tracking (social, paid, email). - Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma for light content visualization.
