We're seeking a content marketer who can write and design impactful content and evolve into a strategic marketer; someone who understands not just how to write, but how content drives engagement, brand trust, and conversions.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing but also wants to grow into content strategy, performance analysis, and campaign management. You'll start by producing high-quality written content: blogs, landing pages, emails, product copy and gradually expand to managing content calendars, experimenting with SEO, repurposing content across channels, and measuring what performs best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit engaging, well-researched, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to create cohesive narratives across touchpoints
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic search
  • Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, email snippets, and short-form videos in coordination with design teams
  • Track content performance using analytics tools; identify insights to improve reach and conversions
  • Contribute to the brand's voice, tone, and storytelling framework
  • Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing tactics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and storytelling
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and basic content analytics
  • Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven marketing goals
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Notion, or WordPress
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Bonus Skills (Good To Have)

  • Experience in B2B content marketing
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Knowledge of content distribution and performance tracking (social, paid, email)
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma for light content visualization
