Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing but also wants to grow into content strategy, performance analysis, and campaign management. You'll start by producing high-quality written content: blogs, landing pages, emails, product copy and gradually expand to managing content calendars, experimenting with SEO, repurposing content across channels, and measuring what performs best.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit engaging, well-researched, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and campaigns.
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to create cohesive narratives across touchpoints
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic search
- Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, email snippets, and short-form videos in coordination with design teams
- Track content performance using analytics tools; identify insights to improve reach and conversions
- Contribute to the brand's voice, tone, and storytelling framework
- Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing tactics
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and storytelling
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and basic content analytics
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven marketing goals
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Notion, or WordPress
- Strong project management and organizational skills
 
Bonus Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience in B2B content marketing
- Basic understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of content distribution and performance tracking (social, paid, email)
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma for light content visualization
