Automation QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, maintainable automated test frameworks using Selenium and Java.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient test scripts for functional and regression testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and manual testers.
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in automation testing of web applications.
Strong programming skills in
Java
.
Hands-on experience with
Selenium WebDriver
, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle.
Experience with version control systems like
Git
.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools like
JIRA
.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
Excellent communication skills must be able to articulate issues and collaborate effectively with global teams.
