Job Description

Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive

    content strategy

    aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Manage the

    content calendar

    , ensuring timely delivery of blog posts, articles, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and other formats.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and editors (in-house or freelancers).
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and product teams to develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Ensure content consistency in tone, voice, and style across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee

    SEO optimization

    of all web content to improve organic search performance.
  • Monitor

    content performance

    using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and iterate strategy accordingly.
  • Manage and update CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore).
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.
  • Ensure all content meets legal and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in

    content creation, management, or digital marketing

    , with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage multi-channel content strategies.
  • Strong command of

    English writing and editing

    skills with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Experience with

    SEO best practices

    and web analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in

    content management systems (CMS)

    such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with

    project management tools

    (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Solid understanding of

    digital marketing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in B2B or B2C content roles, especially in tech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Understanding of visual content formats (infographics, videos) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
