Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Interviewer and Social Media Marketing Executive located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include interviewing patients and healthcare professionals to create engaging content, managing social media platforms, developing and executing marketing strategies, and analyzing social media metrics to improve performance. The role involves creating compelling content for social media, organizing and managing campaigns, and coordinating with various teams to enhance online presence and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in interviewing and content creation to develop high-quality, engaging materials.
• Proficiency in social media management and content planning, including knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Ability to track, analyze, and optimize social media performance through analytics tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Exposure to marketing strategies, digital marketing, and creative campaign design is an asset.
