Role Overview: As a Content Editor at the company located in Koramangala with mid-shift timings, your main responsibility is to review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. You will be tasked with identifying and correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors, all while ensuring that the content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice. Collaboration with writers and SEO teams is crucial to refine content for search optimization and readability. Fact-checking and source verification are essential to maintain credibility. Additionally, providing constructive feedback to writers for continuous content improvement and enforcing best practices for content structure, flow, and coherence are also part of your role. Managing multiple projects and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content will be key. Key Responsibilities: - Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency - Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors - Ensure content alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and voice - Collaborate with writers and SEO teams for content refinement - Fact-check and verify sources for credibility - Provide constructive feedback to writers - Enforce best practices for content structure and coherence - Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or SEO-focused content - Strong command of grammar, syntax, and punctuation with exceptional attention to detail - Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content structuring for better search engine visibility - Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, CMS tools) and editing software (Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar) - Ability to provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous improvement - Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Additional Details: It is beneficial to have an understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or other SEO analytics tools for this role.,
