Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Development Specialist to join our growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and informative digital content, particularly in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts, designers, and educators to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality learning content, including modules, tutorials, assessments, and multimedia resources for technical subjects such as programming, IT systems, and software tools.
• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create clear, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject experts to structure course material aligned with learning objectives.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate relevant content.
• Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, developers, and video editors to produce multimedia learning materials.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content aligns with educational standards and platform guidelines.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of technical subjects ( IT, Computer Science, Programming)
• Experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or SCORM-compliant content
• Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HTML or authoring tools (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
