Content Developer - Story-Based Learning (Healthcare & Hospital Management)

As a Content Developer specializing in Story-Based Learning, your primary responsibility will be to design visually engaging digital learning materials for healthcare and hospital management education. You will be tasked with converting real-life hospital scenarios, case studies, and operational workflows into compelling story-based videos, interactive presentations, animations, and AI-generated visuals. Your role is crucial in enhancing learner engagement, understanding, and academic delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop story-driven digital learning content, including case studies, real-world scenarios, and operational narratives related to various hospital departments (such as billing, admissions, HR, F&B, nursing, quality, pharmacy, etc.). - Transform academic topics into visually appealing stories, animations, and scenarios to improve comprehension and real-world relevance. - Create high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animated sequences that align with academic modules. - Design visual assets like characters, environments, infographics, and layouts using graphic design and multimedia tools. - Utilize AI tools for generating videos, illustrations, simulations, and other visual storytelling assets. - Craft visually appealing PowerPoint/Google Slides decks that enhance storytelling, scenario learning, and case-based teaching while adhering to institutional branding guidelines. - Plan narration, script flow, sound effects, and voiceovers for storytelling content, ensuring seamless synchronization of audio, visuals, and animations. - Integrate AI-driven workflows to streamline production processes and enhance output quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. - Strong proficiency in multimedia tools, graphic design software, and AI technologies. - Excellent storytelling and narrative development skills. - Experience in developing educational content, particularly in the healthcare or academic sector, is preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines effectively.
