Job Summary-

Charcoal is looking for a hands-on Content Creator / Videographer to bring our brand stories to life through engaging visuals. You’ll be the person behind the camera-crafting striking footage, setting up the perfect lighting, and shaping content that connects. This role is perfect for someone who blends technical shooting skills with a creative eye and thrives on translating brand ideas into captivating short- and long-form content.

Key Responsibilities-

Plan and execute shoots using in-house camera equipment.

Set up and adjust lighting to achieve professional-quality visuals.

Capture high-quality video content (both short-form and long-form).

Perform light editing, motion graphics, and enhancements using Adobe After Effects (and related tools).

Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to translate brand goals into compelling visual stories.

Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.

Qualifications-

Experience of 1-2 years in videography and content creation (portfolio required).

Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, light compositing, etc.).

Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus: Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
