You will be responsible for creating content that inspires travel, builds trust, and drives brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across

  Instagram (primary), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

• Create

  viral Reels, Carousels, and Stories

  aligned with Plan My Tour’s brand values
• Identify and adapt trends while maintaining brand credibility
• Develop

  monthly content calendars

  around destinations, deals, seasons, and moments
• Convert travel packages, offers, and itineraries into engaging content formats
• Collaborate with marketing, ads, and design teams for campaign-based content
• Repurpose long-form or stock content into short-form viral formats
• Track content performance and continuously optimize for growth

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of the

  Instagram Reels algorithm & content psychology

• Proven experience creating

  high-performing or viral content

• Excellent storytelling, hook creation, and editing skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like

  CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of content outcomes
• Passion for travel, content, and digital growth

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience in the travel, tourism, or lifestyle industry
• On-camera presence (not mandatory)
• Understanding of branding, funnels, and organic growth strategies
• Ability to analyze insights and turn data into content improvements
