You will be joining our team as a Facebook Organic Growth Expert and Content Creator, playing a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our target audience on Facebook. Your responsibilities will include content creation, audience engagement, expertise in Facebook's algorithm, community building, performance tracking, and content promotion. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and curating engaging content for Facebook, maintaining a consistent content calendar, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality posts. You will also monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content, fostering meaningful interactions within the community. Your expertise in Facebook's algorithm will be essential as you stay updated on algorithm changes, optimize content for organic reach and engagement, and use data analytics to refine the content strategy. You will focus on building and nurturing a loyal and engaged Facebook community, collaborating with team members to create engaging campaigns, and tracking key performance metrics to make informed decisions. Qualifications for this role include proven experience in content creation and social media management, a deep understanding of Facebook's algorithm, strong writing and communication skills, proficiency in using analytics tools, creative thinking, organizational skills, and knowledge of paid social advertising.
