Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator – Short-Form Video (Reels, Stories, UGC) located in Dhanbad. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and User-Generated Content (UGC). Day-to-day tasks involve brainstorming creative ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing video content for various social media platforms. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and User-Generated Content (UGC)
• Strong video editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content
• Creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with video production tools and software
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or Adobe Rush
• Strong understanding of Reels, Instagram trends, and visual storytelling
• Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands
