Job title: Content Creator Salary package: 25,000 to 35,000 Work type: Full time Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator at Orchid Group to produce engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy and can adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and edit original content for digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs, video scripts, newsletters, etc.) Create visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging. Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help build a community around the brand. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content Analyse content performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback Plan, create, and schedule posts across social media channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging content formats Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, and content marketing strategies Experience with photo/video editing software is a plus. Strong communication and organisational skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
