Role Overview:

We’re hiring creative individuals who love being on camera and are passionate about creating educational, entertaining, and trend-based content. This is an on-site role at our Bangalore office, ideal for someone who wants to grow in content creation, video performance, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Act or present on camera for Reels, YouTube videos, ads, and skits
• Collaborate with the team to ideate and script content for social media
• Participate in brainstorming, planning, and filming sessions
• Bring energy, creativity, and relatability to every video
• Keep up with trending formats, sounds, and reel styles
• Take part in regular shoots at the office (and nearby locations if needed)

Requirements:

• Strong on-camera confidence and expressive personality
• Interest in content creation, acting, storytelling, or media
• Excellent scriptwriting skills for diverse formats (YouTube, Reels, ads, explainers)
• Ability to research and create scripts on any given topic or subject area
• Must be fluent in Malayalam & English Malayalam(Tamil & Hindi is a plus)
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office daily
• Open to feedback, retakes, and direction during shoots
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience with content creation or theatre/acting
• Understanding of trending content formats and algorithms
• Basic editing or working knowledge of tools like CapCut, Canva, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
