Content Creator (Multi-Brand | UGC & Trend Expert)

We’re hiring a dynamic and trend-savvy Content Creator to shoot, edit, and post platform-native content (mainly Reels, Shorts & UGC-style videos) for a wide range of industries—cafés, restaurants, real estate, interior design, education, retail, and more.

You must be camera confident, know the latest Instagram/YouTube trends, and be able to create both behind-the-scenes and face-forward content that feels organic, engaging, and built for virality.

Responsibilities:

• Research and create short-form content ideas based on current trends and brand goals
• Film yourself or others for UGC-style, relatable Reels and Stories (on-site at client locations when needed)
• Work closely with the creative team to plan shot lists and storytelling formats
• Stay updated with trending audios, formats, transitions, and hooks on Instagram & YouTube
• Script and voice content where needed (voiceovers, face-to-camera, etc.)
• Organize and deliver content in calendar formats for multiple brands across categories
• Shoot in natural light or with basic tools (no heavy production needed—real, raw, and engaging)
• Add basic edits, text overlays, or transitions (CapCut / InShot / VN preferred)
• Coordinate with design, media buying, and brand teams for performance feedback

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Camera confidence – comfortable being the face of the brand(s)
• Should have an active Instagram page with quality content and at least a few brand collaboration
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC trends
• Quick content ideation and execution abilities
• Basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
• Strong storytelling & script-writing sensibilities for short videos
• Good aesthetic sense for visuals, backgrounds, and real-world brand integration
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,138.91 - ₹34,214.37 per month
