About the Role

We are seeking a Content Creator/Marketer who can ideate, create, and execute engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, is a all rounder (can be behind the camera as well as in front of it), has a knack for design, and understands what makes social media tick.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Script, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram & YouTube, including BTS, product highlights, and storytelling pieces.
• Craft professional and engaging posts for LinkedIn, showcasing Dohful’s journey, product launches, and team stories.

Brand Voice & Identity:

• Ensure all content aligns with Dohful’s brand identity and storytelling style.
• Create content that reflects our passion for cookies, coffee, customer stories & BTS stories.

Analytics & Insights:

• Track performance metrics across platforms and use data to optimize future content.

Requirements -

Experience:

• 0-2 years in content creation, social media marketing, or a related role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.

• Mindset:
• We need doers more than ideators. Get ready to get your hands dirty.
• Willingness to learn, and constantly levelling up is paramount.
• Passionate about food, storytelling, and community engagement.

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: 4.35-5.15 lacs pa.
