Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and confident individual who can be both the face of our brand and the mind behind engaging content. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on-camera, follows the latest social media trends, and enjoys planning and executing fresh, creative ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• On-Camera Presence – Appear in reels, stories, and videos, representing the brand with energy, confidence, and charm.
• Reels & Video Execution – Perform in shoots (indoor/outdoor), bring expressions to life, adapt trending audios/dialogues, and make content engaging.
• Trend Spotting – Stay updated with viral formats, memes, and soundtracks, while adapting them to fit our brand voice.
• Content Planning – Build and maintain a content calendar that includes shoot schedules, trending ideas, campaigns, and events.
• Script & Concept Writing – Draft short, catchy scripts/dialogues for reels and ensure all content is on-brand.
• Shoot Coordination – Manage props, costumes, and shoot logistics while supporting the team with execution and BTS coverage.
• Posting & Management – Upload content with smart captions, relevant hashtags, and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite.
• Community Engagement – Respond to DMs/comments, interact with followers, and escalate brand-related queries to the right team.
• Performance Tracking – Share weekly/monthly insights on engagement, reach, and growth with improvement ideas.
• Idea Pitching – Keep an eye on competitors, analyze what’s working, and pitch fresh creative concepts.
