About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content across multiple platforms to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth. This role requires strong storytelling skills, knowledge of digital trends, and the ability to adapt content to different formats and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content including blogs, social media posts, videos, reels, infographics, and newsletters.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with regular posting and engagement.
• Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure content consistency across all channels.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant content.
• Optimize content for SEO, reach, and engagement.
• Track performance metrics (views, clicks, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements.
• Brainstorm new content ideas to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media algorithms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt tone/style for different platforms.
• Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
