About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Content Creator Intern to join the Matchbest Group at our on-site office in Sector 49, Spaze IT Park, Gurgaon. You will support multiple fast-growing AI and healthcare platforms including Xelta.ai, Matchbest.ai, HealNova.ai, Vitaay, and other emerging verticals. This is a high-velocity, hands-on role offering accelerated learning at the intersection of AI-generated content, healthcare innovation, global branding, and social media growth. The role requires daily collaboration with internal teams, leadership, and creators in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content (posts, carousels, reels, short videos) for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Design visual creatives (images, banners, thumbnails) aligned with brand guidelines
• Edit and produce video reels and short-form videos using modern editing tools
• Leverage Xelta.ais AI generative content platform to ideate, create, and optimize content
• Write compelling copy and captions for audiences in USA, India, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and other global markets
• Support SEO-friendly content creation for websites, blogs, and landing pages
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Marketing teams on campaigns and daily execution
• Assist in influencer collaborations, roadshows, brand events, and leadership initiatives
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
• Ability to create and edit images and videos (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working on-site, Monday to Saturday, in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn

Good to Have

• Prior experience managing social media pages or personal content channels
• Familiarity with AI tools, generative content platforms, or ChatGPT-like systems
• Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or SaaS industries
• Understanding of global social media trends
