Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Lead

What You’ll Do

🔥 Content Creation:

• Create scroll-stopping short-form content reels, shorts, memes, UGC that taps into Indian culture with global swagger and street-smart execution.
• Write witty, emotional, or insightful captions and scripts that convert and connect.
• Be the face behind (or in front of) the camera.
• Lead in-house and remote shoots, DIY edits, transitions, and visual direction.

🌟 Influencer Marketing:

• Build a creator network that’s real, not just “influencers” but storytellers.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to impact tracking.
• Craft out-of-the-box collabs
• Explore creator-led campaigns, co-branded lives, regional creator programs, and loyalty loops.

You're the Right Fit If You

• Have

  3+ years

  of solid content/influencer experience in a fast-growing brand or agency.
• You bring crazy, culturally relevant content ideas to the table every week.
• Can edit videos (CapCut/InShot/Adobe etc.), manage shoots, and direct creators.
• Understand Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reel-style virality mechanics deeply.
• Love cracking human truths, binge content, and live somewhere between strategy and spice.
