Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create clear, accurate, and engaging Hindi content focused on agriculture and Santulit Kheti principles (blogs, leaflets, product descriptions, etc.).
• Translate complex agricultural knowledge into simple, farmer-friendly language.
• Conduct research on farming practices, seasonal trends, and product uses to generate relevant content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and field teams to align content with campaigns.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and digital platforms.
• Write scripts in Hindi for videos, reels, or voiceover needs as required.
• Edit and proofread existing content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Prepare social media content and campaign messages in Hindi targeting rural audiences.
• Stay updated on agriculture news and trends to keep the content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting (preferably in agriculture or rural domain).
• Strong command of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and writing styles.
• Ability to write for rural audiences with clarity and cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with Indian farming practices, crop cycles, and agro-products is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content formats.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Google Docs, or content management tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
