We believe in innovation, creativity, and practical learning to create real-world impact. 📝 Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Content Creator who can plan, produce, and publish high-quality content across our digital platforms to grow brand awareness, student admissions, and lead generation. 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify trending topics, hooks & storytelling ideas Create content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn & Website Write scripts and captions for reels, shorts, podcasts & videos Shoot and edit reels, shorts, photos, and creative content Design social media graphics, thumbnails & posters (basic Canva skills required) Publish content with proper hashtags, SEO keywords & titles Monitor analytics & consistently improve performance Engage with the online audience (comments, DM replies, lead interactions) Coordinate with trainers, filmmakers & marketing team during shoots 🎯 Skills RequiredCreativity & storytelling skills Video shooting & editing (Mobile/DSLR preferred) Good command over English, Hindi &/or Marathi Basic understanding of social media trends, hooks & algorithms Graphic designing knowledge (optional but preferred) Camera confidence & communication skills
