About the Role

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and create short-form video content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.) using your phone
• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and graphics using Canva or AI-supported tools (no Adobe required)
• Conceptualize and execute ideas that align with brand objectives and current digital trends
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to deliver impactful creatives for all platforms
• Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and visual styles across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
  

Candidate Profile

• Creative, self-driven, and passionate about social media storytelling
• Well-versed with current social media trends, tools, and formats
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Reliable, consistent, and focused on delivering quality output
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Canva, AI-based design, and mobile video editing tools (VN, InShot, etc.)
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video transitions
• Graduation or relevant certification in design, communication, or digital media
• Prior experience in a social media or advertising agency is preferred
