We’re Hiring: Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter

At Zlan Creations, a 360° creative advertising agency, we’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter who can think beyond trends and craft ideas that move brands.

You’ll be the voice behind brands — blending creativity, cultural awareness, and strategy to create content that performs and connects.

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize and create engaging social media content (posts, reels, campaigns, ad copies, etc.)
• Develop campaign ideas and copywriting concepts that align with brand goals and tone of voice
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design and strategy teams
• Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and platform updates
• Write performance-driven ad copies for paid campaigns when needed
• Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and account managers for seamless execution
• (Bonus) Handle basic social media management — scheduling, posting, and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Agency experience is a must — you should have worked in a creative or digital marketing agency environment
• Experience working with major brands (national or regional) is strongly preferred
• Proven skills in copywriting, concept ideation, and social storytelling
• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, creative, and proactive

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of Canva, or Adobe tools
• Awareness of performance marketing and ad copy strategy

Panampilly Nagar , Kochi, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
