Job Title: Content Creator – Benpani

Location: Maninagar, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time (Interns Welcome)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Description

Benpani is a fashion brand designed to embody the essence of a true best friend supportive, relatable, and empowering. We transform real-life confessions, experiences, and emotions into bold, statement-making fashion pieces.

Our mission is to create a brand that connects with young women in India on both an emotional and stylistic level.

Qualifications

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram, including reels, stories, and feed posts
• Write compelling, brand-appropriate captions that reflect Benpani’s unique tone of voice
• Design visually appealing creatives, moodboards, and graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Research and identify relevant trends, sounds, and formats for timely content creation
• Manage and maintain the brand’s social media presence, including DMs and community engagement
• Demonstrate proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or equivalent editing tools
• Possess a creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail
• Have prior experience in content creation for fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands (preferred but not mandatory)
• Exhibit strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video trends, particularly for a Gen Z audience
