We transform real-life confessions, experiences, and emotions into bold, statement-making fashion pieces. Our mission is to create a brand that connects with young women in India on both an emotional and stylistic level. Qualifications Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram, including reels, stories, and feed posts Write compelling, brand-appropriate captions that reflect Benpani’s unique tone of voice Design visually appealing creatives, moodboards, and graphics using Canva or similar tools Research and identify relevant trends, sounds, and formats for timely content creation Manage and maintain the brand’s social media presence, including DMs and community engagement Demonstrate proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or equivalent editing tools Possess a creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail Have prior experience in content creation for fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands (preferred but not mandatory) Exhibit strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video trends, particularly for a Gen Z audience
