Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, manuals, and user guides
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand technical concepts
Translate complex technical details into user-friendly content for varied audiences
Write website content, product descriptions, FAQs, case studies, and internal communications
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all documents
Revise and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Work with graphic designers to enhance documents with visuals and diagrams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
Knowledge of content management systems and SEO best practices is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
