Key Responsibilities

Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with brand and sales goals.Research latest trends, competitors, and industry best practices.Engage with followers – respond to comments, DMs, and queries across platforms.Build strong online relationships to increase customer loyalty.Assist in brand awareness campaigns and growth initiatives (organic + paid).Ensure all posts follow brand tone, visuals, and messaging guidelines.Monitor content quality and flag inconsistencies.Support in increasing followers and engagement through targeted strategies.Stay updated with platform algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly.Assist in executing campaigns – festive promos, influencer collabs, sales pushes.Coordinate with sales, styling, and ops teams to align marketing efforts.Contribute to monthly editorial planning – themes, promotions, festive dates.Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) using design tools.Write captions, design visuals, and prepare multimedia content.Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and designers for content needs.Support photoshoots and ensure timely delivery of vendor assets.About Company: Rent An Attire is a leading fashion-tech company and elite marketplace specializing in designer outfits and accessory rentals for both men and women, tailored to the millennial generation.
