Job Description

Role: Community & Social Media InternWork Mode: Hybrid — Minimum 3-4 days/week in office

Key Responsibilities

IN OFFICE PRESENCE

Be present at the studio/office at least 3 times a week for shoots, team meetings, and hands-on tasks.
Participate in content planning sessions, product handling, and on-ground support during campaigns or pop-ups.

CONTENT CREATION

Capture product photos, behind-the-scenes visuals, and reels during office days and events.
Curate and edit aesthetic content in line with the brand’s voice and style.
Contribute fresh creative ideas for upcoming shoots and campaigns.

COMMUNITY & PLATFORM ENGAGEMENT

Build and nurture the brand’s digital community across WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Respond to DMs, comments, and queries with warmth and promptness.
Support interactive campaigns such as giveaways, and community features.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Work with the team to roll out product launches, brand updates, and marketing content.
Monitor engagement and share insights on content performance regularly.
