Content + Social Media Manager

Handles planning, copywriting, posting, community, captions, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, reels, stories, website banners, and ads.

• Handle photo editing (lighting, retouching, background removal, resizing).

• Design ad creatives (for Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.).

• Create visuals aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

• Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, Figma, etc.

Focus: Engagement + Community + Daily Presence

• Create and schedule social media posts across platforms.

• Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram Reels, Facebook engagement, Pinterest pins, etc.).

• Engage with followers: DMs, comments, stories, UGC.

• Monitor trends and competitor activities.

• Run and track social media ads (Meta, Pinterest, etc.).

• Track KPIs: reach, impressions, saves, shares, engagement.

• Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
