Content and Creative Specialist

As a Content and Creative Specialist at evACAD, you will be instrumental in the design, execution, and scaling of content and creative assets. Your role will involve elevating the creative standards of the team and inspiring them to produce top-notch content for our target audience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a key player in shaping the brand's creative direction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ideate, design, and develop content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and third-party properties. - Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders to create assets for integrated campaigns across diverse channels and media formats. - Manage design files, project timelines, and budgets while ensuring project goals are achieved through stakeholder engagement. - Establish an engaging platform to host communities of e-mobility, new energy, and sustainability professionals. - Utilize AI and other tools to enhance learner engagement and retention. **Role Specifications & Required Skills:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute. MBA is considered a plus. - **Experience:** 2-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or advertising. - **Skills:** - Customer empathy - Strong creative, written communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively communicate user needs and market insights. - Passion for creativity and innovation in design and content. - Proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar. **Job Type:** This position is open to Full-Time, Contract, Agency, or Freelance opportunities.,
