Preferred Industry: IT Services / B2B SaaS / Cybersecurity / DevOps / Cloud Location: Bengaluru Role Summary: As a Content & Copy Specialist, youll craft compelling, strategic content designed to drive engagement and conversions across diverse channels including social media, email marketing, sales collateral, and partner enablement assets. Your words will directly influence customer acquisition, partner relations, and overall brand perception. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Copywriting Produce persuasive copy for LinkedIn posts, social media updates, and digital campaigns. Develop detailed case studies showcasing project successes in collaboration with internal teams. Craft targeted cold email sequences for outbound campaigns using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Write impactful newsletters tailored separately for clients and partners. Create, refine, and maintain comprehensive pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral. 2. Partner & Sales Enablement Design and customize white-labelled materials such as branded decks, brochures, and partner-specific sales collateral. Provide messaging support for partner-led initiatives and co-marketing campaigns. 3. Campaign and Event Support Generate content for event materials, follow-up communications, and promotional assets. Collaborate with Marketing Executives on personalized event outreach and follow-up strategies. 4. Content Optimization and Quality Assurance Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging accuracy, and alignment with business objectives across all content. Review and revise content based on performance analytics and internal feedback. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 25 years of proven content creation and copywriting experience, preferably within IT services, cybersecurity, DevOps, or similar B2B environments. Expertise in creating both long-form content (case studies, blogs) and concise, high-impact copy (emails, social posts). Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, WordPress, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with email outreach tools like Apollo.io or similar platforms. Personal Attributes: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion. Ability to rapidly understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, engaging content. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
