Contact Center Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists 

Responsibilities

1-Agents manage a high volume of inbound calls, greeting customers, understanding their needs, and directing them to the appropriate resources Agents may also make calls to customers for follow-up, promotions, or to gather information.

Routing calls:Utilizing call routing systems, they direct calls to the correct department or individual based

on the customer's needs.

2-Agents handle customer complaints, aiming to resolve them efficiently and professionally to

maintain customer satisfaction.

3-They can process orders, handle payments, and manage other customer requests.

Agents meticulously record all customer interactions, including details of the conversation,resolutions, and any follow-up actions, often using CRM systems.

4-They ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's systems.

Agents strive to create positive and engaging interactions with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Building rapport: They build rapport with customers, making them feel valued and understood.

5.Call center agents often work towards specific key performance indicators (KPIs) related to

call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

6-They recognize when issues need to be escalated to a supervisor or other specialized team

for resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 5 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
